Russian Nationalists calls for Greeks, Armenians, Serbs and Russians to form alliance against Turks

The Nationalist leader of the Democratic Party of Russia and coalition partner of Putin, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has made a statement related to the geostrategic developments in the Eastern Mediterranean following Turkey’s provocation of Russia.

He presented his position of a broad alliance against Turkey, which will involve Greece, Russia, Serbia and Armenia. Special mention was made to the illegal occupation of Cyprus by Turkey, and the need to kick these Turks out.

Zhirinovsky, who is very close to Putin, has strong relations with the Golden Dawn. Correspondence between the Russian nationalist leader and Golden Dawn leadership have been ongoing and remain positive.

  1. Perhaps Zhirinovsky is saying what others are thinking, to themselves.
