The Greek government has made a series of sweeping statements to the Greek people. There are many such lines that are frequently used, such as ‘economic recovery’, ‘memorandum exit’, and the ‘light at the end of the tunnel’. The truth is that this is all but shameless propaganda, and official figures paint a very different reality to the one our corrupt politicians live in.
The GSEE provides a shocking annual report Greece’s economic state. The purchasing powers of workers is lower than levels in 1984, with 41 billion euros in reduced earnings from 2010 to 2013. The actual earnings of individual employees has decreased between 10% to 50%, placing a heavy strain on Greek families, many of whom are struggling to make ends meet.
Those however, are the more fortunate ones who actually have work. The unemployment rate in Greece is not expected to fall below 23% by 2020.
Then there is our demographic crisis. Our current birth rate is already below replacement level, which means our population is in decline. By 2044, this decline will become a disaster, and we can expect to see the end of the reproduction of our people!
Now, back to the Samaras Junta. The government, for obvious reasons, has claimed that there will be 700,000 new jobs created by 2020. This target is completely unrealistic, as it will require our GDP growth to expand by 8% per year, which is an impossible task for the likes of Junta leader Samaras.
The reality, according to official figures released by the GSEE show that 930,000 jobs were lost from 2010 to 2013, while uninsured work rose from 25% to 31%, with a total loss of 23.2% GDP.
These are the plain facts about our current state, and our future. The corrupt Greek government has sold the Greek people out, and impoverished our community while feeding the public lies with empty promises. They are unconcerned about out demographic crisis, and more interested in passing laws to empower the illegal immigrants who will eventually replace the Greeks unless serious change is to take place. Golden Dawn is the only party in Greece that can deliver such change.
